NORWALK - Sen. Richard Blumenthal is touring the devastation left by Irene.

He says his top priority is to make sure power is restored to homes and businesses that need it immediately.

He also says his second priority is to make sure Connecticut is reimbursed for the incredible hardship it has endured.
