WASHINGTON, D.C. - Sen. Chris Dodd is blasting the deal reached yesterday to extend a series of tax cuts made during the Bush era.
President Obama announced a deal with Republicans last night to extend the cuts for two years for everyone.
Both houses of Congress still need to approve the plan.
The president says he doesn't like the deal but that taxing the middle class right now would hurt the economy.
