NEW YORK - Lawmakers from Connecticut and New York are calling for a federal investigation into the power failure that has crippled Metro-North's New Haven Line.

Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Chuck Schumer met at Grand Central Terminal over the weekend to discuss the outages.
