STRATFORD - Dozens of homes in Stratford have water again after starting the morning without any running water.

Aquarion says a six-inch water line burst at the intersection of Elm Street and Stratford Avenue shortly after midnight.

The line was fixed around 5 a.m.

Aquarion warns customers in the area that they may notice discolored water, but say it is safe.
