BRIDGEPORT - Several witnesses took the stand today in the murder trial of a Bridgeport man accused of gunning down another man in a barbershop back in 1998.
Russell Peeler is accused of shooting and killing Rudy Snead, a rival drug dealer. Those who took the stand were in the barbershop at the time Peeler allegedly gunned down Snead.
One of the witnesses testified that Snead identified Peeler as his killer just moments before he died.
