FAIRFIELD - A Sacred Heart University student is recovering after Fairfield police say he was hurt when he fell about 12 feet from a tree at a party early Wednesday morning.

Police say the party was held at 70 Bailey Road and involved underage drinking. Officers responded to the home after a complaint was filed and found at least 30 people, none of whom knew the 19-year-old was injured.

Police say the two hosts, who were of legal age, were fined for serving alcohol to minors.
