STRATFORD - Bids are due tomorrow for companies who want to produce the next generation of presidential helicopters.

Industry analysts say Stratford-based Sikorsky Aircraft may be the only company submitting a bid.

Increased pressure from the White House to cut costs has reportedly forced other companies from the bidding process.

Sikorsky built the current fleet of presidential helicopters more than 35 years ago.
