GREENWICH - Connecticut's prison system says Michael Skakel could be released in as soon as three years.

Skakel, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence, could be eligible for early parole due to policies in place at the time he killed his Greenwich neighbor Martha Moxley in 1975.

The credits for good behavior Skakel can receive were eliminated in 1994.
