GREENWICH - Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel will be up for parole this week.

Skakel was convicted of beating Martha Moxley to death when they were teenage neighbors in 1975.

Supporters say he deserves to be paroled after serving a decade in prison.

The victim's family says he should remain behind bars for the rest of his life.

The first parole hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
