BRIDGEPORT - News 12 Connecticut obtained exclusive information Friday about the investigation into a fire that killed a Bridgeport mother and her three children.

Tiana Black and her kids died in November after their PT Barnum Housing Complex apartment went up in flames.

Sources confirm toxicology reports show Black's blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit. They also say the stove in the apartment was on when the fire started, but it was not the result of malfunction.

Bridgeport officials refused to remark on the information obtained by News 12 Connecticut. They say they plan to comment next week when the state's report on the fire is complete.
