FAIRFIELD - ? In just one week, kids in the area will be heading back to school. It?s a bittersweet time for parents who will spend the next week collecting school supplies for the little ones.

The children go on to another tiny chapter of their lives, while parents scramble to organize items listed by teachers. Fortunately, Spencer Schwartzbach, owner of Fairfield Stationers at 15-20 Post Rd., says he has most of what people need for the coming school year.

Too bad Schwartzbach doesn?t carry a cure for the first-day jitters.
