GREENWICH - A special education assistant at Greenwich High School is accused of sexual assault of a boy under the age of 16.

Police say Andrew Knapp, 28, turned himself in Monday to face charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Police began investigating Knapp after they received a complaint from the victim's family.

Knapp is currently free after posting $50,000 bond.
