Stamford ends snow emergency

STAMFORD - Stamford Mayor Michael Pavia has ended the snow emergency in the city.

Restrictions were in place until 9 this morning so crews could clean all side streets.

Pavia says crews had to drive some of the snow to a vacant lot on Washington Boulevard because the city got so much.
