STAMFORD - The Stamford Professional Firefighters Association is holding its eighth annual Holiday Toy Drive

Firefighters are hoping to collect more than 1,000 toys to deliver to charities throughout the city.

Anyone can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any Stamford firehouse between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. any day of the week.

The firefighters also need gift cards, wrapping paper and scotch tape.
