STAMFORD - A Stamford man accused of robbing a mini-mart on the west side of Stamford in early December faced a judge today.

Police say they caught the suspect Terrell West, 36, by using the store's surveillance tape. West also had an accomplice, according to police, who acted as an assistant and a look-out. Police have yet to find the accomplice.

The Stillwater Market owners say they are relieved that police finally caught the man accused of robbing them at gunpoint, but they are still shaken one month later.

West is being held on $300,000 bond.
