NORWALK - A Stamford man police claim was behind several recent armed robberies in southwestern Connecticut was arraigned today in Norwalk.

Terence Leydon has been charged with armed robberies in Norwalk and Westport. Police say he is also connected to crimes in Danbury and Milford.

Investigators say they have been able to recover key evidence from some of the robberies.

Leydon?s bond was set at $125,000.
