STAMFORD - A man is suing a Stamford police officer claiming the officer forwarded himself sexually explicit photos during an arrest.

The lawsuit filed claims Officer Michael Presti forwarded the images to himself and at least one other person after charging William Vasilakos with breach of peace in 2008.

Presti says the issue was resolved internally by the police department.
