STAMFORD - A man is facing charges in Stamford after police say he used a cell phone to shoot video up women's skirts. Officers say they caught 33-year-old Jeisson Mendez yesterday at the Dunkin' Donuts on Prospect Street. They say he would stand behind women on line and then discretely inch his iPhone under their skirts. Authorities say they caught him in the act after receiving several complaints. Investigators say they found a camera and computer in Mendez's car, and are searching for additional evidence. Anyone who thinks they may have been a target is asked to call police at 203-977-4417.
