STAMFORD - Stamford police are looking for two people who they say held up the Radio Shack on Elm Street.

Officers say the robbers fled the store with the cash register at around 9 p.m. last night.

Police say one of the two robbers was armed with a silver semi-automatic handgun.

Police describe the suspects as being around 16 or 17 years old. They say the two suspects were wearing bandanas and hooded sweatshirts when they entered the store.

They say there were about a dozen employees and customers in the store at the time of the robbery, but no injuries were reported.

Officials say the suspects headed northbound on Elm Street. They say that they are examining surveillance video for possible clues.
