STAMFORD - Stamford police are investigating two drive-by shootings within just two days.

Police do not know if the incidents are related, but they happened within blocks of one another.

Police say Andre Russel,18, was arrested moments after the first shooting happened at 7:30 p.m. Sunday on Henry Street.

They say Russel fired a revolver at least five times. Two of the bullets struck a house and came within 10 feet of two children on the porch.

The second incident happened last night on Selleck Street. Police say one man was shot in the leg.
