STAMFORD - Stamford police say they are re-examining their only unsolved homicide from last year.

According to authorities, Antonio Rios-Hernandez was bludgeoned to death. Investigators say he was killed in his bedroom last May, just feet away from where his niece and nephew slept.

"We're putting up an effort to come up with additional information on this," says Stamford Police Department Capt. Richard Conklin. "We are reaching out to the Hispanic community."

Anyone with information on the murder is asked to call Stamford police at 203-977-4417.
