Stamford police are searching for a suspect they say robbed a local bank Saturday.Authorities say the robbery occurred just before noon at First County Bank

NORWALK - Stamford police are searching for a suspect they say robbed a local bank Saturday.

Authorities say the robbery occurred just before noon at First County Bank at 1110 Hope St. Police did not specify the amount of cash stolen, but say they are looking for a male suspect who is about 6 feet 2 inches tall with blond hair.

Police ask anyone with information about the incident to call 203-977-4444.
