STAMFORD - Stamford police say they are hoping to speak with the man who jumped from a 10-story window at a city apartment complex.

Police say the man apparently jumped from a window at the Royal Pavilion apartment building on Strawberry Hill Avenue on Friday.

He fell onto a parked car and is being treated at Stamford Hospital.

Police say he broke both his elbows and shattered his pelvis.

Police do not believe foul play was involved, but they want to talk to the man about what happened.
