State activates Emergency Operations Center due to storm

Gov. Dannel Malloy partially activated the state's Emergency Operations Center to track the storm.

HARTFORD - Gov. Dannel Malloy partially activated the state's Emergency Operations Center to track the storm.

DOT trucks were out overnight prepping the roads before the morning commute.
