State activates Emergency Operations Center due to storm

HARTFORD - Gov. Dannel Malloy partially activated the state's Emergency Operations Center to track the storm.

Malloy says the partial activation allowed officials to monitor the storm and be prepared for any problems that may arise.

DOT trucks were out overnight prepping the roads before the morning commute.
