State Agriculture Department remains closed due to email threat

The Agriculture Department says its office in Hamden will remain closed this morning after an unspecified email threat.

HAMDEN - The Agriculture Department says its office in Hamden will remain closed this morning after an unspecified email threat.

A spokesman for the USDA says some of its offices in Colorado, Maryland and North Carolina will reopen.

The spokesman says the Hamden and West Virginia offices are waiting for security improvements.
