NORWALK - State Democrats are continuing to hammer away at Gov. Jodi Rell's proposed budget plan.Some lawmakers say the governor made poor choices in the budget proposal. Rell is trying to close an estimated $8 billion deficit.Budget Director Robert Genuario admits it will be a challenge, but is optimistic that a budget package will be worked out.The Appropriations Committee will begin to review the budget plan Monday.
