HARTFORD - State Republican lawmakers say they'll present their own budget plan this week that will close the state's $3.3 billion deficit without raising taxes.

The Democrat-controlled budget writing committee is also expected to release its plan, which is said to be similar to the one proposed by Gov. Dannel Malloy.
