State issues unclaimed property list

Connecticut has released its latest list of unclaimed property. State treasurer Denise Nappier announced the CT Big List initiative yesterday.

HARTFORD - Connecticut has released its latest list of unclaimed property.

State treasurer Denise Nappier announced the CT Big List initiative yesterday.

The website allows you to check if you have any un-cashed checks, savings accounts or assets that may have been forgotten.

A total of 54,000 residents, businesses and organizations are on the list.
