NORWALK - State police say extra troopers will be guarding courthouses across Connecticut this week.

This will be the second week of extra security requested by the courts, after police foiled a gang-planned shooting outside a Bridgeport courthouse.

Officials say they're still deciding whether to continue the outside patrols next week.
