BRIDGEPORT - Three victims in a fatal crash over the weekend in Bridgeport have been identified.

Steven Mountjoy, 35, and Yasmin Pedroza, 22, were killed in a crash Saturday night at the corner of Madison Avenue and Queen Street. People have left flowers, balloons and candles to mark the spot where the car flipped over and came to rest on an embankment.

A third person in the car, 33-year-old Bryan Bruwor, remains in critical condition at Yale New Haven Medical Center.

Bridgeport police say the Buick Century was trying to pass another vehicle on the right just before it lost control. They have not confirmed who was at the wheel of the car, even though a relative of one of the victims says the lone survivor was driving.
