STAMFORD - A man who was wanted in two Stamford burglaries has been arrested.

Steven Williams, 44, was arrested after an MTA officer spotted him at the city's train station.

Williams allegedly robbed Pellicci's Restaurant last week when he pretended to be a customer, then went into the manager's office and stole $1,000.

The restaurant's owner says Williams was seen on a surveillance camera.

Police say Williams then robbed a Walgreens on Thursday night, getting away with $1,500.
