HARTFORD - Tomorrow's storm is pushing back the start of the new session for the General Assembly.

As of now, it will begin at 5 p.m. rather than noon.

Gov. Dannel Malloy is now scheduled to address lawmakers at 6 p.m.

Officials say that could change again depending on the storm.
