STRATFORD - Repair crews in Stratford are expected to raise a crane that collapsed last night at a construction site. The crane fell near the Dock Shopping Center, underneath the Moses Wheeler Bridge. Officials say workers were trying to get the crane onto a truck when they lost control and it tipped over.
