SHELTON - Shelton police say a Stratford man was charged in connection with the attack of a Shelton Cumberland Farms clerk.

Justin Bonner, 24, is charged with kidnapping and assault. Police say surveillance video shows Bonner attacking a 46-year-old woman while she was working at the River Road store.
