STRATFORD - A Stratford student is home after getting the chance to meet the president.

Adriana Cedeno was at the White House Tuesday as President Obama signed an executive order calling for the creation of programs that will give Latino students a better chance to succeed in high school and college.

Cedeno says the president's new program is important because Hispanics are the largest growing minority in the U.S., but they also account for the biggest percentage of high school and college dropouts.
