STRATFORD - A massive cleanup effort is set to begin in Stratford for those affected by the wicked weather last week. The town is asking residents to collect all debris from the storm and to put it out curbside. Mayor John Harkins (R-Stratford) says the debris removal will begin this Thursday and continue to the following Thursday. He says residents must bag all of their debris to be picked up.
