STAMFORD - Stamford police say a Westhill High School student has been charged after allegedly posting a sexual picture of his ex-girlfriend on Instagram.
Police say the teen posted the picture of his ex-girlfriend performing a sexual act on him. Investigators say the couple had just broken up and that the male teen admitted to posting the picture because he was upset.
Authorities say they've charged the 17-year-old with breach of peace and voyeurism charges. They say he put the picture online because he was upset about the breakup.
