Student home on break charged in bank robbery

STAMFORD - A college student from Stamford was arraigned Monday on charges he robbed a bank while home on break.

Job Casimir, 23, is charged with robbing the First County Bank on Hope Street Friday. Casimir is enrolled as a senior at the University of South Carolina.

A witness who claims to have known Casimir since preschool identified him to police. Detectives say they then found a duffle bag containing more than $30,000 at Casimir's family home.

A second suspect remains on the loose.
