NORWALK - Students spent Saturday night spreading awareness about the link between human trafficking and the Super Bowl.

Members of the Center for Youth Leadership program at Brien McMahon High School were at the Stop and Shop on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk to hand out material on the subject.

The students say every year, victims of trafficking are brought to the game because of the increased customer base.

They say they want people attending to keep their eye out for suspicious activity.

The students say they will be at other stores in the days leading up to the Super Bowl to spread their message.
