NORWALK - Many opponents of an FAA plan to route more planes over southwestern Connecticut vow to continue the fight even though the Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal.

One resident of the Silvermine section of Norwalk says it?s bad now in the evenings with planes passing over her home every few minutes.

Pamela Kearns fears the problem will only get worse once the plan goes into effect routing more planes over the area.

Kearns is part of a group called Save Our Skies. The group says it will now turn its attention to making sure planes are flying at appropriate altitudes.
