FAIRFIELD - Police released surveillance video of a robbery Tuesday night at the Mobil gas station on the Post Road in Fairfield.

Police say a man held up the cashier at gunpoint just after 11 p.m. and demanded all the money from the cash register.

The suspect left with $180, but also left fingerprints on the register, which police say were lifted for analysis.

The manager of the store says he plans to install more cameras and a big monitor so potential robbers might think twice before committing a similar crime.
