Suspect flees after stabbing near Norwalk train station

Police are searching for the suspect who stabbed one person just blocks away from the Norwalk train station. Metropolitan Transportation Authority police say it happened

NORWALK - Police are searching for the suspect who stabbed one person just blocks away from the Norwalk train station.
            
Metropolitan Transportation Authority police say it happened yesterday around 6 p.m.
            
They say the suspect was believed to have fled the scene by getting onto a train heading toward Fairfield.
            
MTA police say they caught up with the train at the Fairfield Metro station, but could not find the suspect.
