Stamford Mayor David Martin tells News 12 Connecticut Tino's has voluntarily surrendered its liquor license and will be closing. (July 14, 2014 5:58 PM)

The man accused of opening fire outside a Stamford club was arraigned Monday.

The shooting happened outside of Tino's on West Park Place early Sunday morning. Police say Dayron Wills, 22, fired 10 rounds at a crowd of about 20 people, hitting five of them. None of the victims were seriously hurt.

A witness recorded the shooting on their cellphone and gave the video to police.
