NEW CANAAN - New Canaan police are investigating suspicious credit cards use at a local pharmacy.

Officials say they were called to Walgreens Monday night when two women tried to buy prepaid Visa gift cards with several declined credit cards.

Police say the women got into a white car with New York license plates.

They say similar attempts have been made at Walgreens stores in Norwalk and Westport.
