NORWALK - Norwalk officials are trying to determine the cause of a foul odor that's plaguing Calf Pasture Beach and Shady Beach.

Crews are checking storm drains and sewer pipes to see if they can locate where the odor is coming from.

Last week, the beaches were closed after the Department of Health found high bacteria levels near three testing spots.

Norwalk's Department of Health says residents should not be concerned and they are conducting tests to make sure bacteria levels are normal. They say they should have the results by tomorrow.
