STAMFORD - The former Stamford High School teacher who pleaded guilty to having a sexual relationship with a student will learn her fate today.

Danielle Watkins' attorney says she will be sentenced for the charges of sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.

Watkins agreed to a plea deal in December that would give her between nine months and four years in prison.

Officials say the married mother of two has been behind bars since January after police say she violated the conditions of her release.
