NORWALK - A 14-year-old student at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk allegedly drew a threatening picture and wrote a list of students and staff members who may have been the targets of that threat.

Police say the student faces 21 charges of breaching the peace, although investigators have determined that the student did not have the means to carry out the threat.

The teen was released on a promise to appear in Bridgeport Juvenile Court.

Police say they notified the people whose names appeared on the list.
