GREENWICH - Emotions ran high in Greenwich as residents continued to demand answers from Connecticut Light and Power over its response to last month?s nor?easter. Residents vented their frustrations at the town hall meeting after having to wait five or more days last month to have their service restored. First Selectman Peter Tesei felt the hearing showed a critical flaw in the utility companies' response and believes that there will be a positive outcome from the meetings. Residents say they hope the hearings will prevent a similar situation from happening again.
