STAMFORD - A Stamford man says he parked his car at the Greenwich Town Hall garage yesterday and when he came back the tires and rims were gone.

Mike Arcano, 24, says thieves stole all four tires off of his 2009 Nissan Maxima. He says he thinks the town needs to put security cameras in the garage where he parks his car every day when he goes to work.

Police say town hall employees witnessed the thieves in action, but assumed it was a prank and failed to alert police.

Employees say they are not responsible for any damage to personal property and anyone who parks there does so at their own risk.
