Tigers face Bear of a challenge

BRIDGEPORT - The Sound Tigers hosted the Hershey Bears at Webster Bank Arena on Sunday.

In the second period, AHL leading scorer Chris Bourque beat goalie Anders Nilsson with a slapshot on a 5-on-3 power play to give the Bears a 1-0 lead.

Later in the 2nd, David Ullstrom scored his 19th goal of the year to even things up at one.

The game went to overtime and then a shootout tied 1-1.

5th round Jon Landry skated in and beat Holtby with a low snap to win it for Bridgeport, 2-1.

Anders Nilsson was spectacular, stopping 21 shots.

This is the fourth straight win for Bridgeport.
